We are now looking for a dedicated assistant nurse for a permanent position at 75 percent. You will work in a special residential facility that has undergone extensive renovation and offers modern, bright, and functional premises for both residents and staff.

The newly renovated premises create a pleasant environment and good conditions for quality care, high patient safety, and a good working environment. Here, care is combined with modern working methods, welfare technology, and a strong focus on development.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse at our special residential facility, you work closely with the residents to create security, participation, and quality of life. You start from the individual's needs and wishes and contribute to ensuring that every person has a dignified and meaningful life.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care
• Support during meals
• Transfers and mobilization
• Social interaction and activities
• Documentation according to current legislation and routines
• Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professions
• Delegation from nurses is included in the assignment

You are an important part of the team and actively contribute to the development and quality of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and have a genuine interest in working with elderly people.

You have a professional approach, are confident in your professional role, and see the value of working person-centered. You collaborate well with colleagues and other professions while being able to take personal responsibility in daily work.

• Are trained as an assistant nurse.
• Have proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Can use digital tools for documentation and communication.
• Are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• Have the ability to create security and good relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
• Previous experience of working in elderly care and special residential facilities is meritorious.

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend according to schedule.
