Description

We are looking for a delivery receiver with a service-oriented mindset for our operations in Gothenburg. In this role, you will become a vital part of Bygglogistik's mission to streamline construction production for our customers. As a delivery receiver, you are responsible for ensuring that the planned material flow onto the construction site runs smoothly and that external areas are used in a structured and correct manner.

Responsibilities

A central part of the job is daily communication with drivers and clients within the construction site. You receive deliveries and check them against the project's delivery planning system. Approved deliveries and vehicles are granted access to the site, while any discrepancies are handled and reported according to established procedures.

To create an efficient material flow, you coordinate unloading spots and ensure they remain clean, safe, and accessible. You are also responsible for ensuring the right unloading resources are on-site when needed.

The work is performed outdoors at the checkpoint and involves close collaboration with suppliers, customer representatives, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Qualifications:

We believe that you, as an applicant, likely have a couple of years of relevant work experience related to construction, transport, or warehousing.

As a person, you enjoy meeting people and have a natural aptitude for service. You are communicative and can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. You like to keep things organized and follow established routines. Furthermore, you are a focused person who actively takes on the task that needs to be prioritized at the moment. You are accustomed to taking responsibility and driving yourself in your daily work life.

In addition to the above, you should identify with and wish to work for a company and group that acts and works based on the values: Motivation, Simplicity, Responsibility, and Long-term perspective.

Other Information:

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, starting in early September/October. During the summer, we pause recruitment; questions will be answered after the holiday period.
