We are looking for a temporary park attendant for our management office in Österängen, responsible for the maintenance of green areas and outdoor environments. As an employee at Vätterhem, you will help create sustainable and safe neighborhoods where everyone feels comfortable, community, and hope for the future.

The Österängen management area currently consists of 31 employees in various professional roles. We have two maintenance teams, and we are now looking for an engaged park attendant for one of them. Our entire management team works together to create a sustainable and safe neighborhood where everyone feels comfortable, community, and hope for the future.

Main responsibilities for the Park Attendant position:

  • Cleaning of stairwells and common areas
  • Daily waste management at and in our environmental houses
  • General cleanliness
  • Grass mowing
  • Bed cleaning
  • Pruning
  • Design of plantings
  • Snow clearing and anti-icing

Qualifications:

You have completed upper secondary education, and it is an advantage if you have work experience with green areas, outdoor environments, and gardening. Experience with garden machinery and wheel loaders is considered an asset. A category B driver's license is required for the position.

You have a good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in other languages is considered an asset.

Requirements

  • Completed upper secondary education
