About the role

At Pauder & People, we are currently looking for several engaged and responsible CNC operators for a long-term consultancy assignment with our client in Halmstad. At the client's site, you will become an important part of a helpful and open team with a supportive culture, where you work together to make the client's products more competitive and sustainable.

The employment means that you will initially be securely employed as a consultant with us, but your daily work and workplace will be at the client's location in Halmstad. The assignment is long-term, and for the right person, there are good prospects for a permanent position directly with the client in the future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Setup, adjustment, and monitoring of CNC machines.
• Continuous and precise quality measurements.
• Tool changes, troubleshooting, and simpler machine maintenance during downtime.
• Daily reporting and documentation of production.

Requirements for the position:

• Education: Completed upper secondary education with a technical focus.
• Language: You command Swedish fluently in speech and writing (an absolute requirement for safety regulations and instructions).
• Working hours: Daytime shifts with flexibility options.

A big plus (Meritorious):

• You have previous experience with CNC machining, process industry, or other manufacturing industries.
