Main Responsibilities

As a Store Associate, you will take significant personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked, the store is clean and tidy, and handle customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. We are a wonderful team working together at Eurocash in Töcksfors Handelspark, and we are now looking for you to join our team.

This position is a summer vacation replacement. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement.

What We Expect

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be good at working in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture.

We preferably see that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably within retail and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is an advantage.
