We are looking for a Process Manager for "På Lika Villkor" (On Equal Terms) in Bredsand, Sundsvall.

På Lika Villkor works in socio-economically vulnerable areas with a focus on influence, organization, and interventions at the individual and group levels. The goal is to create sustainable solutions together with residents and partners that make a difference both in the short and long term.

In the role of Process Manager, you drive the operations forward and coordinate efforts in collaboration with local actors. You are responsible for developing and leading forum activities for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard. You initiate and build activities rooted in the target group's needs. An important part of the assignment is also to plan and implement our holiday program initiative, Vibes. The role involves both operational work close to the target group and long-term development of the operations.

About the Role

In the role of Process Manager, you work both operationally and strategically to develop the operations and reach out to children and young people.

You will:

  • Develop and drive PLV's forum activities
  • Work with mobilization and association development
  • Create and strengthen collaborations with local actors
  • Support volunteers and the local branch
  • Drive advocacy work for children's rights
  • Be responsible for communication, documentation, and follow-up
  • Conduct mapping and analyses in the area
  • Participate in and develop holiday program activities
Are you our new colleague?

We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-building, and confident in working close to the target group.

You have:

  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in planning, leading, or developing operations
  • Experience working with children's and young people's rights
  • Experience in process management or collaboration
  • Good digital skills (Office 365, Teams, etc.)
  • Very good Swedish and good English

The following is meritorious:

  • Experience collaborating with civil society or the municipality
  • Worked in or have good knowledge of Sundsvall/Bredsand
  • Engagement in association life or civil society
  • Speak several languages (e.g., Arabic or Somali)

As a person, you are proactive, independent, and good at building trust. You are socially fearless and thrive in collaboration with various actors.
