To Doktor.se Sundsvalls Vårdcentral, we are now looking for a Counselor or Psychologist who is interested in developing primary care and appreciates working in a changing environment where you have the chance to influence and contribute with initiatives and innovative thinking.

About the Role

As a counselor at Doktor.se Sundsvalls Vårdcentral, you will have the opportunity to meet patients in different life situations with varying needs. Your daily work will be filled with varied tasks, from assessments and investigations to referrals, CBT treatment, and conversations. Our focus is always on the patient's needs, and we are here to provide secure, modern care in a way that is accessible and personal.

About You

We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible in their role. You are interested in treatment within a primary care context and enjoy working in an environment where you have the chance to influence and contribute with your own initiatives and innovative thinking. Furthermore, we see that you are receptive, clear, and passionate about making a difference together with your colleagues.

We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Relevant higher education degree
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical treatment work as a counselor or psychologist, primarily within primary care and occupational health
• You work with a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) orientation
• You express yourself clearly in speech and writing
• Experience with ACT, MCT, and/or Schema Therapy is an advantage
