Staff wanted at Renatusgården – a residence focused on safety, care, and development

Do you want to work in an operation where relationships, respect, and the individual's needs are at the center?

Renatusgården is now looking for more dedicated employees for our rural facility for adult men and women aged 25 and older.

We offer housing with certain other round-the-clock care according to the Social Services Act (SoL) for people with, among other things, neuropsychiatric disabilities, autism, and intellectual disabilities. Here, our goal is to create a safe and meaningful daily life where every individual has the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites.

About the facility

Renatusgården consists of two separate buildings and two satellite apartments adapted to different support needs.

In the main building, people with greater care needs live in their own rooms with close access to staff support. In our apartments, people live who are more independent but are still offered individually adapted support based on needs and wishes.

We work based on:

• Low-affective handling
• Clarifying pedagogy
• Motivational Interviewing (MI)

About the position

We are now looking for employees who want to be part of our operation. The work involves varying working hours with sleeping on-call shifts, day shifts, and evening shifts. We have the possibility to offer full-time or part-time work. We may also be interested in hourly substitutes who can work sleeping on-call shifts.

The tasks may include, among other things:

• Support in daily routines
• Social and pedagogical support
• Care
• Documentation
• Activities and accompaniment
• Collaboration with colleagues and external contacts

We are looking for you who

• Are secure, responsible, and empathetic
• Have good cooperation skills and are easy to build relationships with
• Can set clear and respectful boundaries
• Are flexible and solution-oriented
• Preferably have experience in similar work

Education such as treatment assistant, mental health nurse, support assistant, assistant nurse, or other relevant experience is meritorious, but personal suitability is valued very highly.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) prior to employment

Since the facility is located in the countryside, having access to a personal car is an advantage.
