We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a Setter for our injection molding department in Jönköping. About the Role

In the role of Setter, you will play a crucial part in our production. Your main responsibility will be setting and changing tools in our injection molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will work on-site and in close collaboration with other departments to maintain our high quality standards. The position involves working in two shifts as well as during daytime hours, giving you the opportunity to adapt your work schedule to your needs. We are looking for an initiative-taking and flexible person who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is ready to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Experience working as a Setter in injection molding (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool changing (mandatory).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine settings (mandatory).

The following are considered meritorious:

• Technical education in plastic, production, or maintenance technology.
• Experience with industrial control systems and automation.
• Understanding of quality systems and the importance of documentation.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting and changing tools in injection molding machines.
• Optimizing process parameters to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Starting up and adjusting machines according to production orders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during operational disruptions.
• Documenting settings and process changes.
• Collaborating with the quality and production departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Following occupational health and safety regulations.
• Creating and maintaining robot programs.
