We are now looking for an Agile Team Lead for a role in a fast-paced product and technology organization focused on digital customer solutions and API development in an agile environment.

About the Role

You will lead a cross-functional team consisting of developers, tech leads, QA engineers, and testers. The role has a clear focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality deliveries. The team works on further developing APIs and support systems linked to customer-facing digital services.

As an Agile Team Lead, you are responsible for creating a strong and well-functioning team culture built on agile principles, learning, and shared responsibility. You work closely with product teams and senior stakeholders, coordinate dependencies between teams, and support planning, estimation, and delivery.

The role also includes driving improvements in incident management and operational ways of working, facilitating postmortems and refinement sessions, and leading the team during major incidents and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cross-functional team in an agile environment
• Create and develop a strong team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
• Coordinate dependencies between teams and support delivery planning
• Facilitate meetings such as refinement, follow-ups, and postmortems
• Drive improvements in incident management and operational processes
• Support the team during major incidents and critical situations
• Collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience as an Agile Team Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role
• Practical experience leading colleagues in larger initiatives within an agile organization
• Documented experience in building strong team culture and delivery capability
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong ability to handle conflicts, uncertainty, and complex situations
• A structured approach with good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• A people-oriented leadership style and experience leading dialogues with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as management, computer science, or a related area
• Experience from product and technology organizations focused on digital customer solutions and APIs
