OnePartnerGroup is now hiring remediation technicians for Värmdö – become a everyday hero when disaster strikes

With our client, you work to save and preserve the value of various items by remediating, drying, and restoring them, rather than discarding, demolishing, and building new.

We are now recruiting employees for the remediation teams around Stockholm, with a primary focus on Värmdö, to help more customers affected by fire, graffiti, and water damage.

As a Remediation Technician, you meet people when disaster has struck and help them through difficult situations. Your workday is characterized by varied tasks and environments where you handle different types of remediation assignments.

Job Responsibilities

You will work on remediation after fire, graffiti, and water damage, as well as mold, odor, asbestos, and PCB remediation. The workday involves varied assignments and environments where you collaborate with different colleagues in the team.

Colleagues share their experiences with each other so that you continuously develop in your role.

Working Hours

Regular working hours are 06:30–16:00 Monday–Thursday and 06:30–14:00 on Fridays. Since we cannot control when disasters occur, we work all hours of the day and night.

For those interested, there is an opportunity to join our on-call group and be on standby.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who take responsibility for assigned tasks, have strong drive, and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues for the customer's benefit.

You do not need prior experience in the industry – the most important thing is that you are curious, open-minded, and free of ego.

Competency Requirements & Other Requirements

• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage)
• Clean background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in remediation work, the construction sector, or industry
• Mandatory and qualification training such as Hot Work, Fall Protection, Forklift, lift and mobile work platforms, and chemical occupational health risks
• Experience from healthcare and social care (we often meet customers in difficult situations)

Certain phobias such as claustrophobia, arachnophobia, etc., may be a hindrance in the work. At the same time, you should not be sensitive to smells or odors as these may be present.
