We are looking for a Sales Manager for our bakery – are you the one we are looking for?

Our current Sales Manager is starting their studies, and we are now looking for you to help develop our bakery department at ICA Kvantum Mariehem. This is your chance to take on a key role in our store where fresh produce is at the center. We strive to make every day a little easier – for the sake of good food. As Sales Manager for the bakery, you will have the opportunity to influence both the operations and your own leadership. Working with us gives you a daily life filled with variety, where you develop both yourself and your surroundings.

About the role

Here, you will be responsible for the daily operations and development of the bakery department – with full authority to drive results. We work, among other things, with purchasing frozen dough products that are then baked in our ovens. You will help develop routines, ensure campaigns are visible where they should be, and serve as a key support to the store manager. We believe in giving responsibility to create engagement and the freedom to make a difference.
