Job Description

As a Housing Support Worker, you work practically, pedagogically, and socially to support people in their daily lives, based on their own needs and prerequisites. As a Housing Support Worker, you will, among other things, support people in planning, carrying out, and participating in daily chores. This support can take place both inside and outside the individual's home, as well as digitally.

An important part of the work is that you, together with the client, work based on an implementation plan. You document, follow up, and evaluate. You also contribute to the continuous development and quality assurance of the operations.

We work in a team-based manner, which means that several different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a good environment for our clients.

The positions include:

  • 2 permanent full-time positions with start date as agreed. Full-time is defined as 37 hours/week, with shifts scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, nurse specializing in psychiatry, support educator, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue/assistant, or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive working with people, and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods. You are proactive and interested in development work. As a person, you are confident working independently, and it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Experience working in social psychiatry with low-affective handling, clarifying pedagogy, and a solution-focused approach is meritorious. Knowledge of current record-keeping in Procapita and relevant legislation is also meritorious.

A valid driver's license, category B, is a requirement.

Interviews will be held continuously during the advertising period.

Attach your CV and cover letter with your application.
