Your role

As a Property Technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring well-functioning properties and satisfied customers.

You will be working with:

• Building and developing good customer relationships
• Conducting property rounds/inspections
• Handling repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Managing service cases and fault reports
• Inspecting ventilation, heating, and electricity
• Contributing with improvement and energy efficiency proposals

Who are you?

We would appreciate if you have:

• Property technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience from the industry
• Knowledge in operational technology/energy efficiency (meritorious)

Other requirements

• Category B driver's license is required
• Extract from the criminal record register is required
