About the position

We are currently looking for new machine operators for 5-shift work, and we would like to connect with people who have good experience in industry and machinery. For us, the most important thing is that you have a technical interest, problem-solving skills, and experience with counterbalance forklifts. The work benefits from great commitment, and the desire to learn, develop, and contribute to the team is primarily decisive for success.

To be eligible for the position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%, for example, studies, other work, or your own business. The need is ongoing without a fixed schedule and extends until the end of September. It is important that you are flexible as shifts are distributed between Monday and Sunday.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and control machines to ensure they function efficiently and according to procedures.
• Operate counterbalance forklifts within the production area.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of machines/equipment.
• Report deviations and technical problems.
• Replace materials and supply machines with necessary resources.

Requirements for the position:

• Forklift license for counterbalance forklifts and relevant experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a machine operator, it is important that you are meticulous and have an eye for detail to ensure that production maintains high quality. It is an advantage if you have worked as a mechanic or in a workshop. Good communication skills are also important for effectively reporting deviations and collaborating with colleagues and managers.
