We are looking for a Church Caretaker for the Karlsborg Pastorate, currently based in the Karlsborg Parish.

The duties include both external and internal maintenance. This means you will be responsible for caretaker tasks during services (weekends) and other church ceremonies, as well as funerals. You will also be responsible for churchyard maintenance, minor building upkeep, and snow clearance readiness.

We are looking for you who are outgoing and perceptive, with experience in park or churchyard work. A strong sense of service towards parishioners is highly valued, as is a commitment to further developing churchyard work and the service life. The job requires good physical fitness. As we work in small teams, we value good interpersonal chemistry. The key words for churchyard maintenance are dignity and respect.

Merits: Experience with machinery (operation and maintenance), previous work in a church environment, excavator license or similar, and knowledge of irrigation systems and water pumps.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a personal car that can be used for work purposes.
