This is a temporary position until 2026-12-31 with a chance of extension.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of a group of 5 environmental workers at the hazardous waste reception facility. Order and cleanliness at the facility are of utmost priority, which is why it is important that you enjoy working for high quality and efficiency. The majority of the tasks are linked to operational production, and you will plan and distribute the daily work together with colleagues and the responsible management.

In your role, you contribute to ensuring daily staffing, handling customer contact, working with deviation management and reporting, ensuring vehicles are taken care of, and monitoring our permits. You encourage and support colleagues to maintain good performance regarding both quality and efficiency. You report to and collaborate closely with the Section Manager, who has full personnel responsibility for everyone in the team.

In addition to acting as a Team Leader, you will work with the classification, sorting, and packaging of hazardous waste, as well as ensuring that documentation and handling comply with current legal requirements. You also contribute to good order in hazardous waste (HW) handling and can, if needed, support with information, risk assessments, and customer contact.

We would appreciate it if you had experience from warehousing, logistics, production, or the waste/transport industry. Previous experience in team leadership or coordinating and distributing work is advantageous.

You are computer literate and have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. A B-class driver's license and at least a three-year upper secondary education are required for the position.
