This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Manpower and work as a hired consultant for Gevalia.

Location: Gävle
Start: After summer/end of August
Assignment duration: Ongoing need until further notice
Other information: The work is performed on-site at Gevalia in Gävle. Working hours are during the day, 07:00-15:36. The need for work varies and usually arises in connection with major holidays, festivities, or during absence in the regular workforce. This is a side job.

About the job as a forklift driver

As a forklift driver with us at Manpower, out at our client Gevalia, you will work in a warehouse operation where forklift driving is a central part of the job. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that the flow of goods works smoothly and efficiently, especially leading up to busy periods around holidays.

Examples of tasks:

• Loading and unloading incoming goods
• Forklift driving in the warehouse, including work in narrow spaces
• Picking goods from shelves
• Preparing and assembling orders for delivery
• Working with handheld computers and following instructions

The person we are looking for

For this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. This could be studies, a side job, retirement, or elite sports. We are looking for you who are responsible, careful, and thrive in a practical role with a high pace. You have experience with forklift driving and feel confident working in narrow spaces. As a person, you are flexible and cooperate well with others.

We see that you have:

• Another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies or other work), in accordance with the collective agreement for Manpower Flex
• Forklift license B1
• Documented experience with forklift driving
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills and experience working with handheld computers

Merits:

• Forklift license B4
• Experience with warehouse work
• Ability to drive a forklift in narrow spaces
