Axel Christiernsson is now looking for a meticulous and proactive Filling Administrator for our operations in Nol.

About the role

As a Filling Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring high quality, traceability, and efficiency in the layout, print, and production order processes. You work as a specialist in the field, ensuring that labels, documents, and supporting materials are correct and available on time.

The role involves close collaboration with production, where you relieve operators and supervisors of administrative tasks, creating conditions for a more efficient and focused production. You stay ahead in planning and ensure that tomorrow's needs are prepared in advance.

Main responsibilities

You are responsible for working with label design, printer systems, and associated tools, ensuring that layouts are correct and updated according to current regulations.

You handle the creation, distribution, and follow-up of production orders, ensuring that operators have the correct documentation on time. After production is completed, you are responsible for reporting in the business system and correct archiving of documentation.

The role also includes ensuring quality and traceability through structured and centralized management, as well as minimizing the risk of errors in processes. You monitor label inventory levels and ensure that the right materials are available.

You act as support in daily operations and can, if needed, contribute operationally in production within Bottling and Filling.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant education or equivalent experience, as well as experience from a production environment, preferably in bottling or filling.

You are accustomed to working in administrative systems, and experience with the business system Iptor is an advantage. You have a good understanding of layout, print, and label processes, as well as a basic understanding of regulations affecting labeling.
