We are looking for a Sales Assistant who wants to play a key role in driving the store's results through excellent service, positive energy, and teamwork. This position involves working weekends and weekday evenings.

In this role, you will become part of the store's daily operations, working across various areas to ensure customers receive the best possible experience while contributing to sales targets and operational quality.

What you will be working with

Sales and Customer Service
• Proactively engage with customers and contribute to sales on the shop floor
• Provide excellent and professional service, ensuring customers find the right products
• Help achieve daily and weekly sales targets through proactive selling
• Use product knowledge to guide customers, recommend relevant products, and drive upselling
• Participate in campaigns, seasonal activities, and priority sales areas

Store Operations
• Maintain store standards and ensure high-quality product presentation
• Perform daily routines to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Restock merchandise, check prices, and execute campaigns
• Assist with receiving goods, unpacking, and organizing the warehouse
• Operate the cash register when needed and follow established procedures
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and orderly workplace
