Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist/System Administrator to join a team responsible for the administration, support, and further development of the business's UBW/Unit4 business systems. The role involves close collaboration with the business operations to ensure that the system supports business processes and commercial needs in an efficient and long-term sustainable way.

The assignment includes analyzing business requirements, handling incidents and change requests, performing configuration and adjustments, and contributing to the development and improvement of the system's functionality and working methods. The consultant is expected to have a good understanding of both the system's technical possibilities and the business processes supported by the solution.

The role also involves collaboration with users, administration, development teams, and other stakeholders in an agile environment, where the consultant contributes specialist competence within UBW/Unit4 and acts as a support in both operational and strategic matters.

Qualification Requirements (Must-haves):

• The consultant must have at least 15 years of documented experience working as an application specialist, system administrator, or equivalent within UBW/Unit4.
• The consultant must have at least 20 years of experience working in security-classified operations.
• The consultant must have at least 15 years of practical experience in development using an agile working method.
• The consultant must have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
• The consultant must be a Swedish citizen.

Desirable Competence (Nice-to-haves):

• The consultant should have experience working within the judicial system.
• The consultant should have experience working within the public sector.

Start Date: 2026-08-10 or as soon as possible after approved security clearance

End Date: latest by 2028-06-01
