Do you want to work with computers, mobile devices, and your hands? Here you will have the opportunity to work independently, for example by renovating and developing two properties in Stockholm County. These could be transformed into spaces like a "mancave" featuring advanced sound and lighting technology.

We would also appreciate it if you are hands-on and can welcome new tenants, carry in their luggage, show apartments, and perform cleaning, interior design, and minor maintenance or service tasks. We rent out villas, cottages, apartments, boats, caravans, and more to tourists and workers, for both short and long-term stays.

Employment starts immediately.

This is initially a part-time, hourly position based on needs. However, if you are highly versatile and can also contribute to marketing, photography, and other areas – meaning you possess a wide range of skills – the role can develop into a full-time position if you wish.
