Responsibilities and Duties

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The assignment begins as a contract-to-hire position with good opportunities for permanent employment with the client. Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for driving customer and industrialization projects from the early concept phase to production start-up and stable mass production. This is a role for you who thrive at the intersection of technology, production, customer relations, and project management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive customer and industrialization projects from start to finish
• Ensure project deliveries regarding time, quality, and cost
• Act as the main contact person for the customer during the project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Ensure industrial readiness prior to production start
• Conduct risk analyses and follow up on action plans
• Coordinate suppliers related to tools, equipment, and investments
• Report project status and manage project risks and opportunities

Your Profile

We believe you have:

• Experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Experience in customer and supplier contacts
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience in industrialization or production start-ups
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, or similar methods
