Apoteket Mall of Scandinavia is a dynamic workplace in the middle of one of Sweden's largest and most visited shopping centers. Here, an engaged team of 12 employees, including 4 pharmacists, works in a daily routine characterized by high tempo, efficiency, and collaboration.

We meet a broad and international customer base every day – from shoppers and tourists to visitors heading to or from Friends Arena. The customer flow is high, the pace is fast, and the focus lies largely on self-care, where your advice makes a big difference in many short but important meetings.

The location makes the pharmacy easily accessible with good communications and proximity to restaurants, shops, and events.

The opening hours are generous – 09–21 on weekdays (10–21 on weekends) – with extra pressure during, for example, Christmas shopping, which gives a varied and developing workday.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medicines.
• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated on our assortment and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be trained as a pharmacy technician or self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You are a recent graduate or have several years of experience in the profession.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• You are driven by contributing improvement proposals to the operations.
