We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in vehicles and previous experience working practically with cars. You will be placed with one of our customers in the Malmö area and work in a team assembling components on newly produced vehicles.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday during daytime hours. You will be employed by Boxflow and work as a consultant at the customer's site.

This is a technical and practical role in a modern workshop environment with clear routines and processes.

In the role of assembler, you will work with assembling vehicle components on newly produced cars. You will follow assembly instructions, document your work, and perform checks to ensure that every step meets high quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assembly of components in new cars
• Reading technical drawings and working according to instructions
• Quality control and functional testing
• Troubleshooting deviations

You must be able to work both independently and in a team, and feel confident following structured work processes.

We are looking for you who have worked with cars previously – for example as an assembler, vehicle technician, mechanic, or similar. You are accustomed to handling tools, following technical instructions, and performing work that requires precision.

You thrive in a practical role, have an eye for detail, and enjoy delivering high-quality work. We also believe you are responsible and reliable, with good communication skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with vehicles (assembly, workshop, automotive mechanics, or similar)
• Good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Manual B driver's license

Merits:

• Experience with reading technical drawings or documentation
• Experience from vehicle production, assembly, or the aftermarket

As part of the recruitment process, a practical knowledge test is conducted at the customer's site. This step ensures that you are the right person for the role – and also gives you a chance to see how the work is done in practice.
