About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting from week 33 to week 40. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Lantmännen Lantbruk.

Responsibilities

As a process operator, you will work in production and warehousing handling seed. The role involves practical and varied tasks where you are responsible for both forklift driving and tasks within the production flow. The work demands high standards of precision, safety, and quality as the products are food-grade.

You work both independently and together with colleagues in different parts of the process. A large part of the work involves using a forklift, where you handle heavy materials in tight spaces. You also work with packing, registration, and handling of bags and bulk materials.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive counterbalance forklifts and handle cargo weighing several tons
• Load, unload, and place materials in the warehouse
• Work in the packing department and handle bags (approx. 750 kg)
• Register and label products in the system
• Participate in improvement and hygiene work in production

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience from production or process work
• Forklift license B1 and B2, as well as good forklift experience
• Category B driver's license
• Basic computer and system skills
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

You take responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to plan your day independently. At the same time, you are communicative and collaborate well with others in production.

You are confident in your forklift driving and feel comfortable working in an environment that requires attention and judgment. You have drive in your work and contribute to improvements in the business. Working according to clear routines and following set requirements comes naturally to you.
