Rekrytering Stockholm Byrå AB is currently recruiting, on behalf of a client, experienced site construction workers for permanent employment.

ABIMA Gruppen AB has been active in the site construction industry since 1957 and possesses extensive experience in the field from A to Z – from design and planning to the completion of house foundations, asphalt paving, and stone paving in both residential association courtyards, parks, and villas.

Who we are looking for:

We place great emphasis on you being meticulous, having genuine professional pride, and a sense for customer service.

The tasks consist of all types of construction work, including stone setting, excavation, asphalt paving, carpentry, and the installation of playground and park equipment.

You need to have at least one year of documented training as a construction worker or equivalent, and at least three years of experience with various types of site work and customer interaction. You should be driven, engaged, able to take initiative, and preferably technically inclined. Any form of special training, advanced courses, or machine certifications are meritorious. The employment type can be either permanent or seasonal, depending on your qualifications.

As a person, you are independent and have an easy way of communicating in an open and unpretentious manner. You have good social skills, are attuned to the needs of the business, and naturally read customer benefits. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with fast decision-making processes.
