Do you want to take the next step in production and combine your craftsmanship skills with responsibility for teams and workflows? Enmalms Interiör is now looking for a Team Leader for their operations in Dala-Floda.

About the role

You work operationally in production while holding overall responsibility for ensuring smooth operations – from planning to delivery. You lead the daily work in a small team and ensure that quality, pace, and structure are maintained at the right level. The role includes hands-on production work where you prioritize, distribute tasks, and support colleagues where needed.

The role is broad and suits you if you want to take responsibility and help develop working methods in a company with short decision-making paths. The work is daytime-based and located in Dala-Floda. Start date is negotiable.

About you

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, lead others in daily tasks, and remain an active part of the production. As a person, you are a team player with a strong work ethic – someone who gets things done and contributes to order and progress.

Formal qualifications

• Very good knowledge of CNC machining

• Experience with painting/spraying

• Experience working in production with a focus on quality and delivery

Meritorious experience

• Experience in team leadership or team responsibility

• Experience working in wood production or similar fields

• Technical understanding of machinery and production
