About the Role

• Location: Norrköping and surrounding areas

• Working Hours: Irregular hours and shift work apply

• Employment Type: Fixed-term (Full-time)

• Start Date: Immediately

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production adheres to drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform routine checks, and make adjustments as needed. The role also involves following established procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

About You

You are meticulous, responsible, and structured, with the ability to maintain focus even at a high pace. You work methodically, solve problems in a calm and thoughtful manner, and are not afraid to ask questions when necessary. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive work climate by being helpful, communicative, and easy to work with.

Since the role involves shift work, we prefer that you are flexible with working hours.

Qualifications

• Category B driver's license & access to a car

• Good proficiency in Swedish

• Previous experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience in CNC is a plus.

• Forklift license A+B

• Overhead crane license
