About the role

Allegio Omsorg is a family-owned care company with a clear vision: to make a difference. We offer personal care and services either through public care decisions or as a private RUT service. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, you are responsible for carrying out approved care interventions. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Support and assistance with meals
• Hygiene
• Mobility and transfers
• Activation and stimulation

Your role also involves supporting customers as needed and strengthening their ability to live independently. The position involves working 60–80% during evening hours and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Dedication and genuine interest in the target group.
• You are meticulous and set high standards for your work.
• You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.
• You have the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and customers.
• You take initiative and can work independently.
• You have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Nursing assistant education (protected professional title).
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license.
