Allegio Omsorg is a family-owned care company with a clear vision: to make a difference. We offer personal care and services either through public care decisions or as a private RUT service. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

By actively working with permanent care contacts and prioritizing small work groups with good continuity, we ensure that your needs and routines are met in the best possible way. Job Responsibilities
As an employee, you are responsible for carrying out approved care interventions. Your tasks include, among other things:
- Support and assistance with meals
- Hygiene
- Mobility and transfers
- Activation and stimulation
Your role also involves supporting customers as needed and strengthening their ability to live independently. The position involves working 60–80% during evening hours and every other weekend.
Qualifications
- Dedication and genuine interest in the target group.
- You are meticulous and set high standards for your work.
- You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.
- You have the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and customers.
- You take initiative and can work independently.
- You have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Nursing assistant education (protected professional title).
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license.
