Here at Tallåsen, we have 13 units, of which eight are dementia-focused, three are somatic-focused, and two are geriatric psychiatric units. Lavendelgården at Tallåsen is a care unit where there are also apartments for respite care. Tallåsen is centrally located in Stenungsund, approximately 200 meters from Stenungsund station and approximately 700 meters from Stenungstorg shopping center. We are a 24/7 operation run by a driven and competent team consisting of care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, rehab staff, administrators, service personnel, and unit managers. Together, we work to create a safe place based on good and secure care. Our goal is to offer our tenants a meaningful existence where joy and activities have a central place in everyday life.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for three experienced colleagues who are care assistants!

As a care assistant, you are an important part of the work to create a meaningful everyday life for the individual, where you look at each user's individual needs and conditions. The goal is for each user to live a dignified life and feel well-being. The working method should lead to good and safe care and support where the person achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through influence and participation.

You will work based on contact person assignments and implementation plans, as well as have close cooperation with other professional categories such as rehab staff, nurses, and doctors. The work includes documentation and performing health care tasks on delegation.

Your working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to meet people in a professional manner and be sensitive to the tenant's needs.
• Have a care assistant education and experience in care work.
• Are calm and have a clear user focus.
• Adapt easily to yourself and your working method based on changed conditions and new information.
• Are skilled at motivating tenants to preserve abilities and independence.
• Laugh, contribute to a good atmosphere in the work group, and contribute to positive development for the operation.
• Are innovative and dare to try new things.
• Share your knowledge with other colleagues.
• Are familiar with current legislation and know the national guidelines for care and support.
• Can express yourself in both speech and writing as documentation is an important part of our work.
