Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Halmstad is now looking for a part-time Broker Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our dedicated and successful team. Here you will have a central role in our office where you support our brokers, contribute to first-class customer service, and help create a smooth sales process for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Broker Coordinator, you have a central role in our office and act as a key support to our brokers throughout the entire sales process. You are responsible for much of the administrative work before, during, and after a property transaction, while also serving as the face of the business and helping our customers with top-tier service. In addition, you manage our social media marketing and keep the office organized.

This role suits you if you thrive with many contact points, enjoy creating structure, and appreciate a daily routine where no two days are alike. You will work closely with the brokers and contribute to ensuring our processes run smoothly, while also helping to create a welcoming and professional experience for both customers and visitors.

The position is approximately 40–50%.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has experience working with administration and/or service
• Has a high school education

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible. You enjoy taking initiative, collaborate easily, and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel. Since you will be in contact with both customers and colleagues, it is important that you enjoy meeting people and contribute positive energy to the workplace.

Previous experience as a Broker Coordinator is meritorious. Studies towards becoming a real estate broker or an interest in the industry is seen as a plus, but is not a requirement.
