Scandinavian Gastro Clinic has provided specialist care since 2014 and is currently located in Karlstad, Malmö, and Mölndal. We specialize in gastrointestinal and liver diseases, with a particular focus on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). We also investigate unclear abdominal complaints and cancers of the gastrointestinal tract.

The practice also employs specialist physicians in general medicine, cardiology, general surgery, and proctology.

Our team is complemented by nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, medical secretaries, receptionists, and our own operating department.

The patient's sense of security and well-being are always at the center – both regarding nursing care and medical treatment.

Job Description

As a specialist in medical gastroenterology with us, you will have a varied and independent role within your profession. The work includes outpatient duties, investigation, and treatment of patients with conditions such as:

• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
• Functional gastrointestinal disorders
• Liver diseases
• Dyspepsia and reflux
• Celiac disease, malabsorption, motility disorders
• Gastroscopies and colonoscopies, etc.

Experience working in private specialist care is an advantage but not a requirement.
