VEM is looking for a QEHS Manager for BUBS, part of Orkla Snacks Sweden. BUBS is in a strong growth phase with high demand for its products and rapid business development. About the role

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the QEHS area at the factory in Jönköping. With strong demand for BUBS products and as part of the Orkla group, the business is in a clear growth phase where production is expanding and the organization is developing.

An important part of the assignment is to further develop working methods and ensure that processes are clear, embedded, and followed in daily work. The role involves overall responsibility where you drive development within quality, food safety, as well as occupational health and safety, playing a central role in strengthening preventive work. You work closely with production, translating requirements, standards, and guidelines into practical working methods, while contributing to building structure, culture, and long-term sustainability in the business.

You are part of the factory's management team and report to the Plant Manager. You have three direct reports within your function to assist you. The role also involves close collaboration with group functions within Orkla, where you become part of a larger context with opportunities for knowledge exchange and joint development.

About you

We are looking for you who have broad experience in the QEHS area from the food industry and are accustomed to working closely with production. You have experience leading others and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic responsibility with operational presence in the business. You have a good understanding of how quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety are linked to the daily realities of production and can drive development in these areas. You have experience working with audits and certification processes, as well as developing working methods in close collaboration with several functions within the business. You also have the ability to make decisions within the area and guide the organization on QEHS-related matters.

Good to know

The location is in Jönköping. You report to the Plant Manager and have a dotted line to the Quality and EHS Director within Orkla. You are part of the factory's management team and have personnel responsibility for the QEHS function with three direct reports.
