Ardagh Group has 20,000 employees distributed across 63 factories in 16 countries globally. In the Nordics, Ardagh has two factories that manufacture packaging glass for a number of well-known customers and brands in the food and beverage sector on the Nordic market. The Swedish factory is located in Limmared and the Danish factory is located near Næstved. We are now looking for a driven and structured employee for our department, where you will have an important role in the daily maintenance work (UH). You have a high school diploma and work experience in one or more areas such as welding, ventilation, piping, heating, or facilities.

We place great emphasis on your personality, that you have high social competence and are service-oriented. You work just as willingly independently as in a group. Self-motivation is crucial to succeed in the position. Most importantly, there is a desire to learn new things as the area of work is very broad. We believe you are a problem solver who is not afraid to get hands-on when required. You communicate easily, create engagement in the group, and contribute to a positive work environment.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role where you can combine practical work with some leadership. The role is intended to eventually serve as support to the foreman, where you act as the first person on the department when needed. This means you contribute to leading the daily work, coordinating tasks, and supporting colleagues in their daily work.

A driver's license is required. Computer proficiency is required as we work in SAP with our own work orders and orders. You master Swedish in speech and writing.

The position is full-time, day shift, and permanent with salary according to collective agreement. On-call duties will be included in the role.
