Modern Estimator in Construction – Driven and Eager to Develop

On behalf of our client, Sibe Construction is looking for a modern estimator in the construction sector. Here you will have the opportunity to step into a role where you independently manage the bidding process – from start to finish – while simultaneously contributing to the development of both the role and the company.

You will work with estimating, bidding, and purchasing within earthworks and civil engineering, handling bid and quotation workflows with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Projects range from 500,000 SEK up to a maximum of 80 million SEK. Your Background

We are looking for someone accustomed to working with modern estimating software, and prior experience with BidCon is a plus. You are driven by the desire to develop both methods and results. You have experience in construction and preferably prior experience with estimating. You possess knowledge of construction law and standards such as AMA/MER/RA-Anläggning, as well as AB04 and ABT06.

Proficient computer skills are a given, and you must be proficient in the Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. Additional insights into economics or experience with contract management and scheduling are considered a plus. We view candidates with technical education in contracting, earthworks, or civil engineering positively. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
