Marstrom Composite AB is a leader in the development of high-quality carbon fiber products. We both develop and manufacture composite products within the areas of Masts, Marine, Industry, Aviation, and Defense. We are a contract manufacturer focused on the production of composite products using prepreg and autoclave technology. Our operations are in an exciting phase of expansion and development. We currently have operations in Avesta, Arlöv, and Ljungby.

Driven, engaged, responsible, flexible, and meticulous with a high work ethic. We are looking for you who have experience in industrial assembly as well as surface treatment and laminating, are generally technically knowledgeable and interested, practical, and accustomed to working with your hands. You are comfortable working independently while also having excellent teamwork skills and enjoying being part of the group. You are interested in working with advanced products and materials in an inspiring and developmental environment, and have a positive attitude towards learning new tasks and always contributing your best to achieve production goals.

The tasks vary between being diverse and repetitive. Some tasks are physically demanding and sometimes performed in awkward positions, which is why good physical fitness and enjoyment of physical work are important. Examples of tasks for assembly and surface treatment include sanding, filling, drilling, gluing, and mounting, etc. Examples for laminating include hand-laminating with prepreg material, vacuum bagging, plug manufacturing, and mold handling.

Your qualifications

• Education and experience within composites and marine are meritorious.
• Education within industry, workshop, or craft-related professions.
• We would prefer that you have previously worked with assembly/surface treatment and/or laminating, or have equivalent experience that we consider relevant.
