About the Workplace

We are a large clinic located high up with a nice view over the roof ridges at Sveavägen 82. We have six treatment rooms and consist of a team of 13 people: 3 dentists, 4 dental hygienists, 3 dental nurses, a receptionist, and a clinic coordinator. At the clinic, we use modern technology such as the 3Shape Trios scanner, digital X-rays, and OPG.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are standard reception duties, such as answering the phone, handling payments, and helping to fill the appointment books. You are the face of the clinic and should make patients feel welcome, both in person and over the phone. We are looking for someone who is also interested in assisting dentists and helping in the sterile area when needed.

Qualifications

A dental education is not a requirement; we place great emphasis on personality. Previous experience in reception work and an interest in dental assisting is advantageous. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a strong sense of service and enjoy going the extra mile for our patients.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and professional. You have good teamwork skills and a friendly attitude towards both patients and colleagues.

Other Information

The position is a hourly-based employment with a workload of 35–40 hours per week, depending on needs.

We offer a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year.
