The Recruitment Group is hiring staff for our Transport business area. We are looking for you who are driven and want a flexible and varied job where you are employed by The Recruitment Group and work as a rented consultant at our customers.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you the opportunity to broaden your experience within the transport industry and, for example, work with:

• Distribution
• Long-haul transport
• Swap bodies
• Cleaning services
• Front/Rear/Side loading

The tasks may include loading and unloading, goods distribution, customer contact, as well as daily handling of vehicles and transport documentation.

Working hours vary depending on the assignment. The Recruitment Group has customers throughout Stockholm.

Competencies and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid C or CE driver's license
• Has a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Has a valid digital tachograph card
• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience as a C or CE driver
• Have experience in distribution, recycling, or long-haul transport
• Hold a forklift license
• Have good local knowledge of Stockholm
• Have experience in customer contact and service roles
• Have basic computer literacy

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, punctual, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, have a clear safety mindset, and are solution-oriented in unforeseen situations. Since you often represent the company, professional interaction with customers is important. You thrive in physically demanding and independent work but also collaborate well with colleagues and traffic control.
