Ramirent is a leading player in machinery rental and helps customers in the construction and infrastructure industry daily to find the right equipment for their projects. We are now looking for a service technician/warehouse worker who wants to become an important part of the operations in Hisings Backa. In this role, you will work with many different types of machinery and be responsible for ensuring they maintain high quality and are ready for the next customer.

The work is varied and combines technical work, warehouse management, and customer contact. You will play an important role in the daily flow, ensuring that machinery and equipment are received, inspected, serviced, and delivered in a professional manner.

As a service technician/warehouse worker, your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Receiving machinery and materials returned by customers
• Performing functional checks and basic servicing on machinery
• Advising customers on machinery selection and providing technical support when needed
• Packing, loading, and preparing machinery for delivery
• Maintaining order and structure in the warehouse
• Registering work orders and ordering spare parts in the business system
• Transporting smaller machinery to customers when necessary

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for Ramirent. The assignment is full-time for 4 months, after which the employment transitions to an internal position with the client. The work takes place on-site in Hisings Backa, with working hours varying between 06:30–15:30 or 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. The position is expected to start after the summer or as agreed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical interest
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Has basic IT skills
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Additional qualifications that are meritorious include:

• Forklift license
• Experience working with machinery
• Experience from the construction or infrastructure industry
