Maskinring Z is looking for an engaged and business-driven individual who wants to build the future together with us and our member companies. Here, you will become a key figure in running a modern, efficient, and profitable association with a strong sense of community.

Together with your employees, you will nurture and develop business and build strong relationships with both our customers and members. As we have versatile entrepreneurs with a wide selection of modern machinery and skills for many different types of assignments, you will be able to offer flexible solutions to our customers within our areas of operation.

The role is a shared position of CEO/Business Area Manager/Administrator with great variety and exciting challenges, and we promise many interesting encounters. The role includes personnel and budget responsibility and reporting to the board. It also involves sales, quotation, and contract work as well as invoicing.

Maskinring Z is one of 13 members of Sveriges Maskinringar, where you have access to a network of competencies and contacts to support you.

Who are you?

To get up to speed quickly, you preferably have experience from the contracting and/or agricultural industry. Experience in similar tasks and a sales- and business-oriented mindset are meritorious. Experience with public procurement (LOU) is also considered a plus. The role requires you to be organized, as we manage businesses, customer relations, and finances on behalf of our members.

We believe you will thrive with us if you are a humble, unpretentious, and enthusiastic person with good communication and collaboration skills.

We expect you to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Maskinring Z Economic Association

Maskinring Z is an economic association operating in Jämtland and Härjedalen with offices in Östersund. The association has approximately 170 member companies, currently turns over about 70 million SEK, and has three employees. Our primary purpose is to improve the profitability and efficiency of our members. The machine ring is a major player in the green industries, giving vitality to the county's rural areas, but we are also active in snow removal, property management, and earthworks and construction for both private and public customers.
