About the role of Process Operator

As a process operator, you will be involved in batch manufacturing according to established methods, instructions, and quality requirements. You will be independently responsible for the entire manufacturing process – from start to finished product and associated documentation.

The role also includes testing and quality control performed in direct connection with production to ensure that products meet the high demands of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The work is carefully structured and documentation-intensive, with traceability and quality at the center.

Examples of tasks:

• Batch-based manufacturing according to instructions and process requirements
• Independent responsibility for production tasks within assigned batches
• Testing and quality control of products
• Documentation in batch protocols and relevant systems
• Deviation management and reporting according to current procedures
• Participation in improvement work and process optimization
• Support to engineers during troubleshooting and production issues

Who we are looking for

To succeed in the role of process operator, we see that you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible. You thrive working in a structured manner according to clear processes and have the ability to work independently while collaborating well with others.

Requirements for the position

• Experience in production work, preferably as a process operator
• Understanding of quality systems and documentation
• Good computer skills and experience working in production systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, or life science
• GMP experience
• Technical or scientific education
