Job Responsibilities

The Care and Support department is now looking for a care assistant for a night shift at our dementia care facility in Charlottenberg.

At our facility, the residents are at the center. We work in a person-centered way and strive to ensure that every individual receives the support and care they need. The work is carried out in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, doctors, and other care staff. We base our work on the organization's values, where good treatment and respect in interactions with both residents and colleagues are a matter of course.

As a night care assistant, you are responsible for creating security and good care for the residents. The duties include, among other things:

• Personal care and supervision during the night
• Support and assistance as needed
• Delegated health and medical care tasks
• Documentation as well as drafting and following up on implementation plans

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained care assistant or have started training to become one
• Have experience in care work, preferably within dementia care (meritorious)
• Have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting people, and are sensitive to their needs
• Have good teamwork skills
• Are flexible and can change workplace if necessary
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
