Maxkompetens is now looking for engaged and responsible employees for extra work at Orthex in Tingsryd during the autumn and winter period of 2026/2027. Working hours are varied, primarily in the evenings, but daytime and weekend work also occur.

Your responsibilities

As production personnel, you will be part of a small work team where collaboration and responsibility are an important part of daily work. Your main tasks will include, among other things:

• Operating machinery within the manufacturing industry.
• Packing, quality control, and assessment according to established instructions.
• Pallet registration and handling of finished products.
• Continuous updating and compliance with new instructions and routines.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for you who thrive in a production environment and appreciate practical work with clear processes. You are careful, loyal, and responsible, while also being curious and eager to learn. You have natural drive, want to develop, and take on new tasks with enthusiasm. You enjoy working in small teams where everyone takes responsibility and understands the importance of good collaboration to achieve common goals.

We would appreciate if you have previous experience from manufacturing production, but it is not a requirement. A forklift license is meritorious and can give you more opportunities in the work. To be eligible, you must be able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and available as needed, including during daytime. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you do not live in Tingsryd, we would appreciate that you have a B-driver's license and access to your own car.

We are targeting this position to you who are a student, or alternatively, you who have another main occupation and want to work extra. A student is considered someone enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. A certificate of registration is a requirement for any employment. You will be employed as a consultant by Maxkompetens but work at Orthex in Tingsryd.
