The Role of Electrician

As an electrician at Holtab, you work with the assembly and installation of both electrical and mechanical components in our substations and switchgear, supported by circuit diagrams, single-line diagrams, and connection tables. In this role, you also have the opportunity to work with custom adaptations and problem-solving, making the work both developmental and varied. There is great variety in the technical components we work with at Holtab; we also have several different departments within production, which means good opportunities for development.

You work both individually and together with colleagues. In our production, leading electricians and coordinators provide support in daily work. All work takes place in a safe, clean, and bright work environment where we, through good cooperation and a safe working method, ensure the delivery of products of the highest quality.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a high school education in electricity or equivalent experience. We address both those who have recently graduated from school and those who have worked with electrical installations for a while.

In your work with us, you will benefit greatly from a good ability to read and work according to connection tables, circuit diagrams, and single-line diagrams. Since most of the work takes place in teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating and are quick to absorb others' experience. We value your personal qualities; that you have great commitment and a positive attitude. In the role of electrician, it is highly beneficial to be practical and solution-oriented.
