Assistant Head Housekeeper - Hotel (100%)

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper for our hotel. As the Head Housekeeper, you are responsible for leading and developing the housekeeping team, ensuring that our guests are always greeted by a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and distribute work within the housekeeping department.
• Ensure high quality in the cleaning of rooms and public areas.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees.
• Order materials and keep track of inventory.
• Be responsible for scheduling and task distribution.
• Maintain close dialogue with reception and other departments.
• The role includes cleaning of premises and rooms (80 percent).

Who are you?

• Have previous experience as a Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for service and quality.
• Are a natural leader who can inspire and coach your team.
• Are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
