Baker

Do you want to join a fantastic team and help drive our explosive growth journey? Here is a job where you hold key responsibility for our delicious products!

At Delibake, you will work in one of Europe's most efficient small cookie productions. We are a flexible and customer-oriented company that works closely with our clients. Our products are available in several markets, both under our own brand and, primarily, under our customers' brands.

This is a unique opportunity to join and contribute to a strong expansion journey. We have acquired several major clients, which means Delibake's products are now sold worldwide on a completely new scale.

Here, you will work in a great team with a fast pace. You report directly to the shift leader.

Delibake, an expanding company with many well-known clients, is now looking for a baker with a sense for taste and form. The role is fundamentally based on knowledge of how raw materials and our equipment are used, as work at Delibake is performed with the help of machinery. You will have competent colleagues who are highly motivated and quick to laugh.

In this role, it is beneficial to be creative and stress-resistant. It is also important to be able to organize your work and keep your workspace clean and tidy. Heavy lifting occurs, so good physical fitness is an advantage. As a baker, you are responsible for ensuring that the products meet the specific requirements of our standards.

We view bakery education as an asset, but it is not a requirement as we provide both internal and external training. However, we do require that you have experience working in the food industry. Your enthusiasm and willingness to become a skilled producer weigh heavily in our decision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that productivity, product quality, and food safety meet standards.
  • Operate machinery and monitor, follow, and adjust the process; startup, setup, changeover, shutdown, and cleaning.
  • Follow and develop established routines and standards, as well as perform reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and participate in improvement projects.
  • Daily cleaning.

Competency Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bakery education.
  • Knowledge of LEAN/TPM.

You work in two shifts: one week 05:30–14:30, the other week 14:30–23:45.
