As a Project Engineer at Arriba, you play a key role in our projects with a focus on costing, bidding, and procurement. You are involved early in the process, helping to create the conditions for well-executed and profitable projects.

The role includes quantity take-offs, system selection, costing, bidding work, and procurement. You maintain regular contact with customers, suppliers, project managers, and production managers, and are involved from the initial cost estimate through to project completion.

Your main responsibilities:

• Quantity take-offs and costing
• Bidding work and preparation of quotation documents
• Procurement and handling supplier contacts
• Procurement planning and material delivery scheduling
• Budget monitoring
• Preparation of operation and maintenance documentation
• Support to the project organization throughout the various stages of the project

The employment begins with a probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and business-minded.

We would prefer that you have:

• Relevant education in construction technology or equivalent experience
• Experience in costing, procurement, or project management within the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Good computer skills and experience with Bidcon is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others

For this role, it is important that you live on Gotland or plan to move there, as our projects are located on the island.
