We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) with good knowledge of Swedish. Knowledge of minority languages and Cosmic is an advantage for the position, as is experience working with children and outpatient care.

What you will work with
The Child Health Clinic is part of Pediatric Medicine Gällivare/Kiruna (which includes the Child Health Clinic in Kiruna, the Child Health Clinic in Gällivare, and the Pediatric Ward in Gällivare), as well as the Child Rehabilitation Center and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The Child Health Clinic is primarily a scheduled operation open Monday to Friday. At the clinic, nurses and assistant nurses work closely with pediatricians. It is a responsible role with significant autonomy. Improvement work and competence development are important in our operations.
You are often the first person the patient meets, and you help build trust and security for the child and their family. Your tasks include weighing, measuring, and taking samples from patients. You act as the central coordinator ('spider in the web') at the clinic.

Information about the position
We offer a temporary position of 75–100% according to agreement, for the period August 30, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Working hours are during the day. Start date is by agreement.
We apply background checks prior to employment decisions in accordance with the regulations in the Act (2013:852) on background checks of persons who are to work with children.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
