The Role

In this role as an Electrician, you will work in a unique and challenging environment which requires high demands on safety, flexibility, precision, and planning. The position involves among other things:

• Performing new electrical installations, renovations, and maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and authority requirements for electrical installations
• Supporting operations and maintenance of the property as needed, as well as other tasks within the operational assignment

Who are you?

You have:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in electrical services in a property environment or equivalent
• Completed electrical education and authorization/certification in accordance with current requirements for electricians
• Very good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ESA (Authorized Electrician)
• Approved ESA education and documented experience working in electrical installations
• Very good understanding of electrical installation responsibility and the ability to translate requirements into practical operational work and planning
• Meritorious if you have previous experience in building technology such as control and regulation technology

Some of our customers operate businesses that in some cases require placement in a security classification and subsequent register control in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).

• We request an extract from the criminal record registry for an individual according to Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Registry for employment.
• Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may become relevant for certain customer assignments.

The position is 100% and permanent with a probationary period. The start date for the position is Autumn 2026.
